On this episode, to finish off our latest season of the podcast before our summer break, I welcome back Matt Creasey, EVP, Sales, Co-productions & Acquisitions, at Banijay Rights, having joined us on the show back in 2020.
Based in Los Angeles, Creasey oversees all sales operations and teams for territories outside EMEA, exploring opportunities across linear, SVOD and AVOD, whilst also. leading on scripted co-productions in the US and rest of the world, alongside sales and acquisitions.
Creasey joined the company following Banijay Rights’ acquisition of Endemol Shine Group, having previously served as EVP, Sales and Acquisitions for sales arm Endemol Shine International.
With so much having changed since our last episode with Matt, we sit down to traverse a wide range of topics from across the industry, diving into some of the main evolutions in the content space we’ve seen in the past few years.
We explore the opportunities in Banijay’s key markets including the US, Canada, Asia Pacific and LATAM, pivotal trends in co-productions and co-commissions, the digital service market and the impact of AI.
