Toby is the founder of 3Vision. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the business as well as managing the company’s high level content provider relationships. Toby has many strategic relationships with key contacts around the world including all the Hollywood Studios.

Before 3Vision Toby spent 10 years in the international TV division of Walt Disney and represented Disney on the board of HBO Europe.

Toby is also a founder and Co-President of 3Vision Distribution.

Jonathan is responsible for the operational management of 3Vision and project delivery teams. A trained Lawyer; Jonathan heads up many of 3Vision's rights negotiation projects.

Jonathan is also widely regarded as a global expert on African Pay TV Platforms. His experience with content licensing and channel agreements have included securing numerous deals with Hollywood Studios and other major content providers.

Jonathan is also a founder and Co-President of 3Vision Distribution.

Leading on many of 3Vision's strategy, marketing and VOD projects, Jack has a unique understanding of the factors that make Pay TV and new product launches successful.

Jack is well suited to lead on such products having previously been Head of VOD Product at Virgin Media, and a pioneer of IPTV and VOD whilst VP of Content at Yes Television. Prior to this Jack worked for IMG Media, the world's largest independent producer and distributor of sports programming.

Hayley is responsible for managing 3Vision’s business development clients, where she specialises in helping consumer electronic and software companies build relationships with leading content providers.

Working directly alongside the CEO, Hayley manages new client activity, using her in-depth understanding of industry developments and trends she helps companies understand how to improve the performance of their businesses.

Hayley holds a First Class Degree in International Relations, has spent time working for an award-winning Political Consultancy and has lived and worked in Shanghai.

Jack specialises in tracking and understanding industry developments and trends in the TV industry.

He manages 3Vision’s service 'Show Tracker', which monitors where TV shows are being sold around the world and the rights attached to each deal. Jack regularly writes industry articles and hosts webinars utilising key insights from our Show Tracker proprietary data.

Mauro leads 3Vision’s activities in the LATAM market focusing on providing advice on content strategy and rights acquisition.

Before 3Vision, Mauro built wide ranging knowledge of the LATAM market over a 25-year period working in content acquisition, distribution and consulting.

Mauro has worked in senior roles at some of the leading companies in the region including DirecTV, FOX Latin America, AMC Networks and Scripps Networks International.

Maxine manages the company’s business development clients, helping them access key target accounts around the world. She is also responsible for 3Vision’s partner management - building and nurturing important relationships crucial to 3Vision’s network.

She previously worked at Fremantle and has a  background in events & marketing, business development & sales.

Peyton works on Acquisition, Research, and Strategy projects at 3Vision. She specialises in TV channel carriage negotiations and the FAST/AVOD space.

Peyton joined 3Vision having spent three years working in the US for Dish Network and Sling TV, its digital streaming service in Denver, Colorado. She holds a Master’s degree in Media and Communications from The London School of Economics.

Vishvak works in strategy and research for 3Vision. He specialises in tracking and collecting data related to TV Shows and Movies from various Pay-TV and SVOD platforms and also writes industry articles based on insights obtained from this data.

He is responsible for the development and maintenance of dashboards for 3Vision’s ‘Movie Tracker’ service, which provides insights into the sales of movies across various markets. Vishvak holds a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from The University of Bath.

Tom works in strategy and research for 3Vision and is responsible for managing data teams involved in numerous research projects.

He has comprehensive knowledge of the market for TV series and movies across the globe, with an in-depth understanding of all types of video services 

He also constructs meaningful analysis and conveys an understanding of the key themes affecting the media and technology sector, identifying market changes and new developments.

Jed works in strategy and research for 3Vision, providing detailed insights into the Film and TV industry. Currently specialising in the FAST/AVOD space, Jed is responsible for the development and management of 3Vision’s ‘FAST Tracker’ service.

With a Master’s degree in Data Science, Jed has considerable experience in data and strategic analytics.

Working in strategy and research for 3Vision, Bilal tracks trends in the film and TV industry across different markets, extracting meaningful insights by collecting relevant data on TV shows and Films released on different Pay TV and SVOD platforms.

He has a degree in Accounting and Finance, and a masters in Business Analytics.

Tracy works in strategy and research for 3Vision, providing detailed insights into the Film and TV industry, providing insight into Pay TV and SVOD platforms and content distribution. 

With experience in using business intelligence tools and delivering end-to-end analytics, she works closely on 3Vision’s ‘Show Tracker’ service, managing data, writing weekly insights and delivering monthly reports.

Tracy holds a degree in Accounting and Finance as well as a master's in Psychology.

Isabel is responsible for managing 3Vision’s marketing function, developing marketing strategies that deliver value-centric content to our audiences as part of integrated marketing pipelines.

She also works across business development clients in delivering marketing support to businesses in the TV industry and is the producer of our podcast ‘Inside Content’.

She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Bristol.

Jessica works very closely to the CEO and COO of 3Vision and 3Vision Distribution respectively, responsible for managing and organising the diaries of both Directors in an efficient and meticulous manner.

Her experience and expertise in organisation has ensured the consistency of company representation and exposure at International Media Conferences across EMEA and beyond.
