Report Downloads' Terms & Conditions

Products sold through the 3Vision website are for use by one user only. If the buyer ("you") need a report for multiple users please contact us by email for a pricing quote. We highly recommend you ensure you have read and fully understand these terms & conditions prior to buying any report.

By agreeing to buy any information (the "Information") from this website, you are deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Confidentiality
You undertake not to publicise or disclose to any third party any confidential information without the prior consent of 3Vision. This clause shall not apply to information that is or becomes public knowledge otherwise than through a default of the party concerned, or is already in possession of the party concerned, or is legally acquired by such party from a third party.

Warranties and Liability
3Vision warrants that it will supply the Information with reasonable skill and care and that any such Information shall be free from material defects as of the date upon which it is first presented for purchase on the 3Vision website.

The responsibility for decisions taken on the basis of Information provided by 3Vision will remain with you. 3Vision shall have no liability for any indirect special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims including (without limitation) those for loss of profit, loss of savings, loss of business or loss of interest which arise in connection with this Agreement whether or not it has been notified of the possibility of such damages etc.

3Vision's entire liability in connection with this Agreement shall not in aggregate exceed £500,000. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude 3Vision's liability for the following:

1. death or personal injury resulting from its, its employees' or its sub-contractors' negligence;
2. compliance with the obligations of section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
3. any fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of 3Vision; or
4. any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise (including but not limited to fitness for purpose) are hereby excluded to the full extent permitted by law.

Returns & Refund Policy
Should you have any difficulty finding the specific research you require, we will be happy to advise on your purchase. Refunds are provided only at 3Vision's discretion.

Copyright
All information provided by 3Vision, in any form, is proprietary to 3Vision and is protected by U.K. and foreign laws governing intellectual property.

1. The information is the copyright of 3Vision, and is subject to international copyright laws.
2. You may use information for your research purposes only. You may not sell, resell or otherwise make the information available in any manner or on any media to any third party unless it has been granted prior written consent by 3Vision. You agree to take all reasonable steps to restrict and control the use of and copying of 3Vision's services, at least equivalent to steps taken to safeguard your own proprietary information.

These rights apply to information that is purchased by you and information that 3Vision may choose to provide at no additional charge.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay in meeting or for failure to meet its obligations under the Agreement due to any cause outside its reasonable control. If 3Vision is prevented from meeting its obligations due to any cause outside its reasonable control it shall notify you of the circumstances and you shall grant a reasonable extension for the performance of the Agreement.

Legal Construction
This agreement shall be governed by English law.

Payment
We accept payments made with most Credit/Debit Cards and transactions are authorised instantly. If you would like to purchase using a company purchase order or you experience any difficulties, please contact us.

Prices are quoted in GBP throughout and include VAT. It is the responsibility of the buyer to claim back this tax where appropriate.
